Peter Houtman en Hetty de Laat

Peter Houtman

Peter Houtman (1957) is sinds 1996 werkzaam als therapeut, trainer, coach, supervisor, zweethut- en vuurloopleider. Hij heeft zich toegelegd om mannen te trainen in hun man-zijn, waardoor zij zowel een betrouwbare partner, vader, zoon van hun ouders, werknemer of werkgever kunnen zijn. Zijn belangrijkste werk is het begeleiden van mannen, vrouwen en jongeren op de ontdekkingsreis naar hun zielsbestemming.

Zijn grote kracht is het creëren van helderheid en perspectief. Hij kijkt door patronen heen, legt logische verbanden en geeft praktische handvatten waarmee je verder kunt. Verbindt verleden en toekomst in het nu en het biedt vertrouwen en perspectief naar de toekomst.

Hij maakt daarbij gebruik van zijn astrologische- en natuurkennis, van een groot palet aan therapeutische vaardigheden, een rijke ervaring in het begeleiden van mensen en van zijn helder waarnemende vermogens.

Hetty de Laat

Hetty de Laat (1959) is een bevlogen en zeer ervaren communicatietrainer en -coach in zorg, onderwijs en welzijnswerk. Ze leert haar deelnemers graag alle fijne kneepjes van motiveren, zodat ze met hun gesprekken meer effect boeken in minder tijd.

De benaderingswijze die ze traint is Motivational Interviewing/Motiverende Gespreksvoering. De voorbeelden waaruit Hetty tijdens haar trainingen en coachings kan putten zijn zeer divers en een feest van herkenning voor de deelnemers.

Veel van haar trainingen zijn in company. Een deel van haar trainingen organiseert ze op ‘De Roudonck’.

Hetty: “Ik krijg van hulpverleners, leerkrachten, coaches, therapeuten en leidinggevenden vaak de vraag: ‘Hoe kan ik mensen motiveren om zelf aan de slag te gaan met wat goed voor hen is of wat in het belang van het team of de organisatie is. Want ik loop aan tegen heel veel weerstand’.

Met mijn trainingen en coaching ondersteun ik deze professionals bij het inzetten van de juiste gesprekstechnieken en vaardigheden, waardoor zij verder groeien in motiverend communiceren. In hun begeleiding gaan zij vervolgens vanuit de juiste basishouding bij hun cliënten, studenten, klanten, patiënten of werknemers de eigen intrinsieke motivatie wakker maken. Het effect is ook dat zij meer gaan genieten van de veranderingen die ze bij de ander zien.

Zelf geniet ik ook enorm van alle stappen die ik de deelnemers aan mijn trainingen in hun eigen werk zie zetten!”
