Wanneer je via de appel-eikenlaan komt aanrijden lijkt het alsof je aankomt bij een Brabantse hoeve. ‘De Roudonck’ is echter een plek van verrassingen. Zo heeft de achterzijde van het woonhuis de uitstraling van een landhuis. Een huis dat vermoedelijk is gebouwd rond 1475 als omgrachte ‘principale’ woning; een woning van adel. ‘De Roudonck’ is ook een krachtplek waardoor veel bezoekers tot rust komen en gesterkt weer huiswaarts keren. Met de grote natuurrijkdom mag ‘De Roudonck’ met haar 1,7 hectare met recht een kleine ‘heerlijkheid’ worden genoemd. Een bijzondere plek om te trainen en vergaderen, te overnachten en verblijven.
